Cancellation & Refund Terms and Conditions

Scope & Applicability
Applies to all IP services (patent, trademark, copyright, design filings, IP Bank transactions, seminars, workshops, IP Cell setups, etc.) offered by MYCrave Consultancy & Services.

Cancellation by Client

• Requests submitted before service initiation (e.g., before filing or drafting) may receive a full refund, minus any third-party or processing fees.

• After service initiation (e.g., NDA signed, search/drafting begun): Refunds are partial or discretionary, based on actual work completed and non-recoverable costs.

Cancellation by MYCrave
If MYCrave cancels a project (unforeseen circumstances, inability to proceed), the client receives a full refund including fees already paid, plus alternatives such as deferment or referral.

Refund Processing
All refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.

Non-Refundable Items

• Non-refundable fees (e.g., government filing fees, search reports paid to third parties).

• Services fully rendered (e.g., completed filings, delivered seminars).

Exceptions & Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved via mediation first, and, if needed, arbitration under applicable Indian law.
