Government filing fees, third-party charges, or special expenses are billed separately unless explicitly included in a proposal.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Client-Initiated Cancellations:

Before service commencement: Full refund minus payment gateway charges.

After commencement: Refund proportionate to the unutilized portion of the service.

Company-Initiated Cancellations: Full refund including service and processing fees.

Government fees, third-party charges, or completed deliverables are non-refundable.

8. Shipping (For Physical Deliverables)

We dispatch physical documents, certificates, or other materials via reputed courier partners.

Delivery timelines depend on location and courier availability.

We are not liable for courier delays, but we will assist in tracking and resolution.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service.
