1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

Client/You/Your: The individual or entity engaging with MYCrave for services.

Services: All consultancy, intellectual property (IP) filing, advisory, training, events, physical products, and digital solutions offered by MYCrave.

Deliverables: All documents, filings, reports, and other outputs provided under our services.

Third-Party Services: Services or tools from external providers integrated into or used alongside our services.

2. Scope of Services

We provide IPR services (patent, trademark, copyright, design filings), consultancy, training, seminars, and related solutions.

Each service will have its own agreement, including timelines, deliverables, and costs.

Government filing fees, third-party charges, or special expenses are billed separately unless explicitly included in a proposal.

3. User Responsibilities

Accuracy of Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information for us to deliver services effectively.

Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Confidentiality: If we sign an NDA, you must also protect confidential information we share with you.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are payable as per the invoice terms—usually advance payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delayed payments may attract late payment interest at [X]% per month.

Government fees are non-refundable once paid to authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

All IP rights in deliverables created specifically for you will be transferred upon full payment unless otherwise stated.

6. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

All project-related information shared by you will be treated as strictly confidential.

We use secure, encrypted storage and limited access control to protect sensitive data.

Exceptions to confidentiality include disclosures required by law or government authorities.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Client-Initiated Cancellations:

Before service commencement: Full refund minus payment gateway charges.

After commencement: Refund proportionate to the unutilized portion of the service.

Company-Initiated Cancellations: Full refund including service and processing fees.

Government fees, third-party charges, or completed deliverables are non-refundable.

8. Shipping (For Physical Deliverables)

We dispatch physical documents, certificates, or other materials via reputed courier partners.

Delivery timelines depend on location and courier availability.

We are not liable for courier delays, but we will assist in tracking and resolution.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome from government authorities (e.g., patent/trademark approvals).

10. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website or services may link to third-party resources.

We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

We collect, use, and store personal and IP-related data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to such collection and use.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute shall first be resolved via mediation, failing which it will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
