​Shipping Policy

Although MYCrave primarily offers consultancy and digital services, for any physical deliverables (e.g., certificates, printed IP documentation, seminar materials):

  • Delivery Regions
    Domestic shipping across India and select international regions (subject to availability and import regulations).

  • Delivery Timeframes & Costs

  • Standard domestic delivery: 5–7 business days; express (where available): 2–3 days.

  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
    Shipping charges will be clearly stated at checkout or in service agreements.

  • Tracking & Responsibility
    Clients receive tracking information once dispatched. MYCrave is not liable for delays due to customs or incorrect addresses, but will assist in resolving issues.

  • Loss or Damage
    MYCrave will replace or refund lost/damaged items if reported within 7 days of expected delivery, subject to carrier investigation.
