The claimed portion of the design of the ELONGATED WIND MILL consists of a elongated wind mill to be utilized on the road side to obtain the drag force generated by the vehicle to rotate the fins and to consume the rotation force to generate electric power. 
This windmill rotates only on one direction whether the wind comes from any direction.
