This policy explains how MYCrave Consultancy & Services handles personal information collected through this website. It covers the enquiry forms, the phone, WhatsApp and email routes published on the site, and the technical data our hosting and analytics generate.

What we collect

• Information you give us — the name, email address, phone number and message you submit through an enquiry or consultation form, and anything you tell us in a call, WhatsApp message or email.
• Information about your matter — where you describe an invention, brand, design or work, we treat that description as confidential and use it only to advise you.
• Technical information — our host records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability. If website analytics are enabled, they record aggregate usage such as pages viewed and traffic sources.

Why we hold it

We use enquiry information to respond to you, assess whether we can help, quote for work and deliver services you engage us for. We use technical information to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Confidentiality of your idea

Disclosure before filing can affect the novelty of an invention or design. We treat everything you tell us about an unfiled invention, brand or design as confidential and limit access to the people working on your matter. If you would prefer to sign a non-disclosure agreement before describing your invention in detail, tell us and we will arrange one before you send anything.

Who else sees it

Personal information may be handled by our website host and, where you have engaged us, by the government registries and any foreign associates required to progress your filing. These parties receive only what is necessary for that purpose. Google receives usage data, such as the pages you view, through the analytics and advertising tags described under Cookies and analytics below.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any follow-up. Client and filing records are retained for the period required by professional and statutory obligations relating to the matter. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.

Your choices

Write to info@mycrave.co.in to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, or to stop receiving messages from us. We will respond within a reasonable period and may need to confirm your identity first.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses a small number of cookies. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (their names begin with _ga) so that we can count visits and see which pages are read. We also run a Google Ads tag. It sets a cookie named _gcl_au and sends page-view information to Google, including its DoubleClick service, so that enquiries which follow a Google advertisement can be measured. We have switched off Google signals and advertising personalisation in our Google settings. The Ask MYCrave chat window keeps a session reference in the local storage of your browser. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies; the site remains usable if you do.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and enquiry data is stored on access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send complete technical specifications, source code or draft claims through a web form — contact us and we will arrange a secure route.
